NATHANIEL "NATE" CLARKE, President & CEO

Nate Clarke is a founding member of Tyme Group where he dedicated the last ten years to designing, building, and operating digital banks in emerging markets.  He has held roles such as Chief Product & Strategy Officer and led Mobile Money operations in South Africa, driving innovative financial services solutions, and now, he brings his expertise in co-founding GoTyme.

Prior to Tyme, Nate spent six years with Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations, working across the U.S., Tanzania, and South Africa on projects spanning technology, finance, and innovation. Nate is passionate about building high-performing teams across diverse geographies, united by a vision to transform the financial services industry.

Nate holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics from James Madison University.

ALBERT "ABET" TINIO, Co-CEO & Co-Founder 

Abet strongly advocates for financial inclusion, which is backed by his extensive business experience across industries such as telecommunications, transportation and logistics, banking, and fintech. His expertise lies in Sales & Operations, Business Development, and General Management, with a focus on creating innovative solutions for underserved communities.

Before co-founding GoTyme, he has held various executive roles in fintech and banking institutions such as being President and CEO of GCash, and SVP for Digital Payments and Agency Banking for Robinsons Bank.   He also previously worked for Globe Telecom, Smart Communications, American President Lines and Federal Express.

Albert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines and completed the Oxford FinTech Program from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.
